How do I know if Nancy is the right organizer for me?
Choosing the right organizer is dependent on several factors including compatible personalities, appropriate skills for the job, experience, proximity to your home or office, and budget constraints.
When you interview organizers, ask questions about the factors that are important to you. If you like what you hear and get a ‘good feeling’, you may want to schedule a session right away. Otherwise, find out if the organizer is willing to visit your home, meet you in person, and assess your organization needs. Don’t forget to ask for references.
At Helping Hands Personal Services, I’m happy to discuss your needs over the phone by email or in person during my free 20 minute “get acquainted” session. Then you can decide whether I’m the right organizer for you!
What is Helping Hands Personal Services policy regarding client confidentiality?
As a NAPO member, I abide by its code of ethics. Your confidentiality is important, therefore, I will not reveal your personal identity to others. Often, when I speak to groups or am interviewed by the media, I’m asked to describe organizing challenges I’ve faced. In those cases, I may use examples from my experience with clients, but never reveal personal details.
All testimonials appearing on my website or in my written materials are used only with the permission of my clients.
I'm embarrassed to let anyone see my home. I think I'm the most disorganized person I know. How will Helping Hands Personal Services react when they see my mess?

We realize that you’re contacting us because you need help. We will work with you to achieve your goals, from planning a strategy to physically doing the work, or anything in between.
How does Helping Hands Personal Services charge for their services?
Helping Hands offers a wide variety of services, including organizing virtually any area of your home or office, home staging, relocation services, speaking, consulting, and workshops. Each person’s situation is unique. One client may simply require a plan of action, while others prefer hands-on, start-to-finish involvement with an organizer.
While we try to estimate how long a project will take, many factors come into play that influence the actual time required to reach your goals. Therefore, Helping Hands Personal Services charges by the hour for organizing and relocation activities.
